Description
The Hobart 6614-1 meat saw is mostly constructed of durable stainless steel. A variety of pulleys ensures meat is sliced through properly.
Upper and lower pulleys are enclosed for protection, and a pusher plate prevents injury by eliminating the need to handle meat close to the blade.
The operator pulls to activate the unit and pushes a button to stop it. Each control has a heater to stop condensation from forming on electrical components.
The Hobart 6614-1 meat saw’s cutting table has a large stacking space and turned-down edges to protect the user.
